been here at northtowne village apartments since 6-07-2018 ! i really like it maintenance does a excellent job on fixing whatever problem i may have , the location is great !

Jordan does a great job as manager and I’ve never had a maintenance problem that hasn’t been solved within the hour. I would recommend Norhtowne to anyone.

After 27 years of marriage my spouse filed for divorce, and I found myself, ALONE with my daughter. Not really knowing what to do and wanting to stay in my "comfort zone". I picked up the phone to call Jordan (Manager of Northtowne Village) and cancel a tour I had scheduled, because I thought "Oh I really need to stay close to my job and family which is located in Soddy Daisy." Jordan convinced me to just come and take a look that it was closer than I thought. Well, I am SO HAPPY I did! My daughter and I moved in less than a week later, and WORDS can not express the HAPPINESS and JOY, that my daughter and I both now have. In fact it is our HOME! not an apartment. I love everything about our HOME. We have everything you could every hope for, want , or need. There is a salt water pool, a 24hr gym, 2 very nice laundry centers, a tennis court that is lit up at night, and the Maintenance is available 24 - 7 they are so NICE, however, I'm proud to say I've not ever had to use them. But believe this when I was married I had to take care of everything, I mean EVERYTHING!! At Northtowne Village Maintenance comes around every 3 months and maintains your H/A vents. Really I should have rented yearsss ago!! I would LOVE to brag on the OFFICE staff too, Jordan (the Manager) and Austin (the Assistant Manager) are FRIENDS not just office staff, always willing to listen and help you if there is a problem of any kind, financial or personal. Just simply put I LOVE NORTHTOWNE VILLAGE!! I am so THANKFUL, that I listened to Jordan and came on that tour. Best decision I have MADE!! THANK YOU NORTHTOWNE VILLAGE for taking a chance on a newly single mom!! Tracy

It's hard to find a place that is conveniently located and doesn't break the bank, but somehow that's exactly what Northtowne Village is. My roommates and I moved here a couple months ago and so far everything is great. We pay less rent than our old place, have more space, and the amenities are better. How often do you have a 10ft saltwater pool at an apt complex? The maintenance staff is incredible and the office staff has been incredibly helpful! 10/10

I've lived here since the beginning of 2015 I moved into a one bedroom by myself and I now currently live in a 3 bedroom with my family. Since I've moved in I've been extremely satisfied with the front office and maintenance. They are very friendly and make sure everything we need is available. They also work with us during months of struggle. The parking is iffy depending on which section of the complex you live at. You always have a chance of having bad neighbors and I do not blame The complex for that. We are satisfied with our apartment.
